Hi my name is Rachael! After more than 30 years in demanding office and administrative roles, I knew it was time for a change. Like many pet owners, working a 9–5 left me feeling drained, rushing home in the dark to feed my horse on freezing winter evenings and wishing I had more daylight to spend with my dogs. Having relied on dog walkers myself, I understand how difficult that juggle can be. Stepping away from the office allowed me to turn four decades of animal experience into a business devoted to fresh air, crisp mornings, and keeping your pets happy and exercised so you can relax knowing they are in safe hands.

Kay9Care works closely alongside Kay9Cutz, the trusted dog grooming salon run by my daughter. Watching her take the leap from retail to build a successful, multi award winning business doing what she loves inspired me to follow my own passion. Together, we provide a complete, trusted family-run solution for local pet owners. Clients enjoy exclusive loyalty schemes and discounts, a convenient pet taxi service to and from grooming appointments, and post-walk baths so your dog always returns home fresh, clean, and happy.
